Payment
Select the method for handling out-of-stock items (backorder, receive a refund) and make payment in USD via credit card. All orders require advance payment.
Product Pick-Up & Storage
Once payment is confirmed, the Sinsang Market logistics team will visit the wholesale brands to pick up the ordered items. After inspection, items are stored in the Sinsang Market warehouse.
Shipping Request
Request shipping for stored items within 60 days from the last order date. Shipping cost and fuel surcharge will be determined by the courier based on the volume and weight of the boxes.
Shipping & Customs Clearance
After the shipping request is made and payment is completed, items are shipped via FedEx. FedEx handles import declaration procedures, and depending on the country, they may charge taxes, VAT, and related fees during customs inspection.
Product Receipt
Receive the items at the shipping address provided during the shipping request.
